In the New Role He Will Be Responsible for the Strategic and Operational Oversight of the Mobile Healthcare Services Provider
Quincy, MA – January 22, 2024 – Estella Health, a mobile healthcare services provider focused on offering more efficient, convenient in-home care today announced the appointment of Brenden F. Hayden as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In the new role he will be charged with overseeing the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions while supporting the company’s greater strategic planning initiatives. He will report directly to Estella Health CEO Alexandre Theoharidis.
Estella Health was founded in late 2023 to elevate how care is delivered to patients in various in-home settings. Through key partnerships with large hospital groups, physicians groups, and other network providers, the company is able to provide patients with a diverse clinical team to meet their care delivery needs. Since its launch the entity has already established statewide scale as well as a boots on the ground presence transporting area emergency and non-emergency patients on a daily basis. Brenden will play a pivotal role in steering the course for Estella Health’s growth in terms of expanding its geographic areas of coverage and the type of mobile healthcare services it delivers to the valued communities the organization is honored to serve.
Prior to joining Estella Health, Brenden designed and operated a number of mobile health programs which have focused on utilizing innovative care delivery models to provide high-quality care to a variety of patient populations. He is a respected leader with an impressive and lengthy career history serving the EMS and healthcare industries having also worked at organizations such as Steward Health Care System, Southcoast Health, and several EMS agencies throughout Massachusetts. Brenden is also a frequent national speaker advocating for mobile healthcare and other patient-centered care delivery models.
