Bridging the last mile to deliver in-home healthcare solutions

Estella Health was founded to better utilize this resource of talented providers to deliver care to patients in various in-home settings. Through our key partnerships with large hospital groups, physicians’ groups, and other network providers, we’re able to provide patients with a diverse clinical team for care delivery. This also supports the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple areas and quickly triage and dispatch appropriate resources to provide logistically sound, diverse, and convenient care.

Whether it is administering diagnostic testing, specimen collection, remote patient monitoring, or care management, Estella Health is bridging the gap between supply and demand and bringing care to the patient. We deploy our esteemed team of providers into familiar care settings – using their knowledge base to meet patients at home, work or live-in care settings like nursing homes or behavioral health facilities.

Rather than having patients travel to clinics or hospitals, the Estella Health team provides as much care as possible in the convenience and comfort of a person’s own home. Our team of laboratory and healthcare experts, in conjunction with a world-class laboratory in Boston, can meet the needs of a wide range of companies and facilities.

Kevin Mont

Vice President of Mobile Healthcare

Kevin Mont has worked in the mobile healthcare environment for over 30 years. He has extensive expertise in contract negotiation and management, deployment modeling and resource allocation, and operational command and control. Recognizing the abilities of pre-hospital providers as pivotal providers, he oversaw the development and implementation of mobile testing in the early phases of 2020. This grew to over 100 crews per day covering all of Massachusetts from the New York border to the tip of Cape Cod. In coordination with the Commonwealth, he developed standing mass testing sites that averaged over 30,000 tests per week, ensuring safe, effective, and free testing was available to Massachusetts residents. As the pandemic evolved and vaccines became available, he oversaw the development and launch of two large-scale mass vaccination sites at Gillette Stadium and Reggie Lewis. This involved sourcing staff from a variety of agencies for both clinical and non-clinical roles ensuring over 100 staff members were available 7 days a week for the duration of clinics. The result was over 800,000 vaccines delivered in a six-month period. His abilities for rapid coordination, staff sourcing, and implementation were called on again to develop mobile testing for the State of Connecticut both at mass testing sites and school-based testing. He was able to source employees locally and develop a deployment model to ensure all tests were completed in and efficient and effective manner.
